Okay folks I have a few good lasers for ya. These use 3 RCR123A protected cells so you pretty much never need to worry about buying new batteries for these. I am including batteries and chargers with each laser. One does 595, (edit after good use this laser now does 610mW) the other two around 560mW. Two use a 10X laser diodes and the other uses a 12X diode. I really expected more out of a 12X and I am pretty disappointed but it was an open box item so I guess I can't complain. All of these laser are set between 430-440mA current. They are all case positive. These laser have adjustable focus tips and rear clicky on/off switches.

I am asking $350 for each shipped.

You get:
1 Laser
3 Rechargeable CR123A Protected Batteries
1 Charger (good for 18650 or CR123A)
Free Shipping

Re: 550-600mW 405nm Ehgemus 10X/12X builds

I'm hoping you manage to keep one until late April. I'm VERY interested, however I don't have the money right now and probably won't until then.

Any chance you'll be making more of these? In case I don't manage to nab one this time around :( I love the sleek looking host, the power output is what I would expect from a 10x, I'm still looking for a BR for my collection, and... quite frankly, I may be in love with you yob.

On a side, you should maybe add a picture of something next to it to serve as a reference length. A piece of normal printer paper, maybe. The first few pictures to me looked like the host was enormous, but seeing it in your hand, it doesn't look too big at all. Or maybe just post the length? :D

Re: 550-600mW 405nm Ehgemus 10X/12X builds

Thanks for the suggestion. I will post a size reference. It is pretty large to hold all 3 cells and provide heatsinking. I am always building lasers. It's a fun hobby for me and I enjoy improving. I probably wont have these lasers but others like it. I like swithcing up the hosts. These hosts have a focus adaptor that the lens screws right into. Isn't hat great! They also came with a spring on the tailcap so I didn't have to add one to the module. You've got to love Eghemus.

Gah! You're just making me want them even more! Toying with my emotions as you tell me that these will probably be gone... way to crush my SOUL! :'(

And alright, I'm definitely going to hit you up when I've saved up a bit of cash then. I'll buy one of your lasers off you, I'm sure you'll have extras again by then ;) *cross fingers*

Yeah they really are great. It wouldn't be hard for you to do that. Just take the positive battery lead and solder it to the diode case pin, then make a contact point for the negative battery lead insulated from the module/host insert into new host and set the set screw.

Re: 550-600mW 405nm Ehgemus 10X/12X builds

Yea. I want one again. I have regretted selling my previous 8x for the past week! Kids or not... I want my lasers :).

Pm sent awhile ago as you already know. 12x is mine! :) Too bad you couldn't get more out of the 12x but hopefully it might mean it lasts longer... maybe.

These builds are beautiful pieces of art!

Re: 550-600mW 405nm Ehgemus 10X/12X builds

How are ya? That's great! 550mW plus on a 405nm. I've honestly never heard of one that powerful yet. I have a 175mW made at home and I'm inpressed with that, but 600? You interested in doing any trading? I just posted a reply in this Buy, Sell, Trade section. As of now it is the most recent post. My name is Chadg. Check out my lasers if you're interested. Have a good one, Chad

That would be venturing out into pretty dangerous territory. Not sure if 12x diodes can survive at that power. (although I may even be pushing it with 10X diodes at 550mW)
