Buying high powered LD's

Looking for LD's, preferably 5.6, that are rated for .5w to 1w. I know 5.6's are close to impossible to find though at that output. Wavelength colors preferred are reds, blues, and IR. If you have cheap priced, high powered 9mm, bulk or single, I'll also consider those as well. Let me know what you all have. Thanks.

I have a box of diodes I still need to go through, I have 1w and 2w NIR (~800nm) and LWIR (900+nm)

$30 for 1w diodes and $50 for 2w

I also have some red diodes if interested, I'll need to power test them

All diodes are 9mm - you will not find Class IV laser diodes in 5.6mm packages aside from bluray, the heat dissipation is just too great for a small package. Blurays get away with it due to their higher operating voltage and thus lower current

Alright, thank for the offer, but 30.00 is a bit too much for me. Ive found cheaper on ebay (20.00 for 1w 808nm, 5.6mm) As far as 9mm, there was someone on here selling them as a bag of 5 i believe, and they were $20 for the lot (varying wavelength colors, 70-90% working) But i think he is out of all of them. I wanted to start with one though, and trying to get it as cheap as possible, as i have no experience with 9mm diodes. What kind of driver gives .5w-1w though? For these 9mm's? Again, thanks for the offer.

I believe you are talking about me, and I do still have them if your interested. I just still can't find my 2W 808nm ones :/ And for a driver, you can use a DDL driver. I can send most of the parts to make one as a bonus if you want the diodes. It's a very simple circuit.

I have some 9mm IR i am not 100% sure on the wavelength but they measure 1W.

PM me.
