Default Buying a 100mA Laser Driver

I am building a 405nm Laser Pointer, and I have all the parts I need except for a laser Driver. If I purchase one, I want the driver set at 100mA - 120mA, and I cannot set the current myself so I need it pre-set for me. The driver must also be able to run at 9 Volts and fit inside of an Aixiz Housing, like the one sold by rkcstr.
Micro-Drive V3 adjustable driver (assembled) - $13.00 : rkcstr.com, Micro-Drive and laser diode electronics
If anyone out there can sell me a pre-set driver, that would be much appreciated. If no one can sell me the drivers already set, but you can set them for me, I guess I would be willing to buy a driver, send it to you, then pay you for setting the current and sending it back to me.

Thanks,
Connor9195

Any driver like this will work, but these are well designed. He will even ship them "pre set" on the order page.

What 405nm diode are you using?

Good luck!

I would like to order one of these drivers, but they run at a maximum of 6 Volts and I am going to be attaching my driver to a 9 Volt battery. The Rckstr drivers will work perfectly, but Ryan does not ship them pre-set anymore.

I am just using a 405nm diode from a PHR-803T sled. I already have the diode and Aixiz Housing ready to be attached to a driver.

Does anyone out there have a driver to sell me, or can anyone set one for me? I just need it to work at 9 Volts, have a current of 100mA - 120mA, and fit in an Aixiz Housing.

Is it really that hard to turn a knob until the right number shows up on your multimeter screen?
If you don't have a meter, then why are you building electronic things?

Edit: I'll send you a preset one, for $20, plus shipping
Edit2: I can solder the diode to it as well, for another small fee, if you send it to me.
Soldering the diode is much harder then turning the knob.

Why don't you invest the money on a cheap multimeter and use the current setting method 1a from the manual? Even the crappiest multimeter will go up to 200mA. You can even have us walk you through it once you get it. It'll be a lot better than paying $20 to someone to do it for you, or even for the shipping.

In fact, depending on the sensitivity, the pot can change its value slightly during transport or due to different conditions; so you should really be setting it before you start soldering the laser diode.

Is it possible to get 120mA out of a 9 volt battery?
