you advise nice and stable power output for the 100mW 532nm, but state you have no power meter, is this 100mW IR filtered? or 100mW including IR ? or simply a guess? or have rayfoss provided you with a graph for this module.

Nah, I just had too many lasers lying around.
Rayfoss is reputable when it comes to power, and I've had a few green lasers before and it doesn't look like this one of underpowered in comparison. Very visible beam even in lit rooms. Brighter than the 350mW 635nm, I'd say.
