I offered to test that 808 out and sell it on your behalf with the proceeds going directly to your paypal account. It would have then shipped from me to the buyer. It's a solution that is probably the ONLY way that someone will buy from you blue. I would have verified the laser and made sure it was what you claimed and then passed it on for a good price. I even offered to ship it on my dime to the new buyer.. to help you out and give you an opportunity to redeem yourself. That was over a month ago. you have opportunities to clear things up blue all you have to do is take them.

Woah, I don´t know what really happend, and why, but It pretty much looks like blue is not going to get rid of his scammer reputation soon.

Also, Dave, even you were much more kind than senkat was, but that pretty much remined me of something...
But won´t judge about that, since I know next to nothing about blue.

It leaves you beginning to take care of the problem with the people you ripped off.  What you are doing is simply trying to get somebody to help cover your ass with PayPal.  The only time you talk to this forum is when YOU need something.  You don't give a crap about the fact that you ripped the people here off.  You are only trying to use us to get yourself out of trouble with PayPal.  Also, based on your continuing record, there is absolutely NO belief that you will ship the laser after you get the money or even that the laser is up to spec's.  Those problems are why you need a middle man.  Those problems are why you promised to ship any items through a middle man after receiving ONLY the cost of shipping an item. Any "shortness of time" issues are in place because you ignored this problem until there was no time to deal with it the way you promised. You have constructed this reality on your own. You need to work it out on your own. I have given you some suggestions (again), but you have not listened to any of my other suggestions, nor those of any other person here trying to help you

The only difference I see is that unlike the rest of us who cannot go to Australia to settle up with you face-to-face, PayPal can and is going to where you live.  This is one of the consequences of ripping people off via PayPal or wire transfer.  You are dealing with an entity (PayPal) that has a "presence" in Australia.  We can't chase you down.  PayPal can get to your financial assets.  Trust me, it is one of the things they can and do, do well.

You are one who must learn the hard way.  People all over this list tried to help you get out of this trouble.  You screwed almost EVERY one of them over.  Apparently you cannot or are unwilling to learn from us.  Maybe PayPal can help you learn.  Oh yeah, and probably your parents will help soon.  I believe that the age of majority in Australia is 18.  That means that your parents can (and probably will) be held responsible.

Some lessons are hard.  This looks like one of your hard lessons.  If you don't learn now, I'm sure the prison system in Australia will help soon.

What in the world does "getting this sorted out" have to do with accepting his offer? You said that the only way you could/would deal with this (to get it sorted out) was for someone to buy the laser.

You're developing some very "con man like" habits. As long as no one has kicked you out, you just keep talking. You say whatever you think you need to to keep people from confronting you or cutting you out. You, at first, said you couldn't even afford to ship with tracking. After I got involved you said you could and would. Now you want Sawt to "keep in touch" while you get it "sorted out" after which you MAY take him up on his offer . . . . Sawt isn't the one who ignores emails and PM's, YOU are. Sawt isn't the one who promises the universe and then promptly forgets to follow through. YOU are. If Sawt isn't the first one on the list, send the laser to whoever that person is. Stop SCAMMNG for cash.

As long as people are listening to you, you have a chance that someone will believe you and give you money. You remind me of the homeless alcoholics on the freeway on ramps here in America. They hold up a sign saying "Hungry --Please Help" Then when you offer them food, they refuse. They don't want food. They want cash. You say you want to settle with everyone. Then when someone offers you a way to get started with that, you refuse. You just want the cash.

One thing that the newer people on the list are not aware of is your propensity, willingness, and ability to lie. It is implied in the links I posted, but not to the extent that you do. You will say ANYTHING if you think that it will buy you more time or get you more cash. Stop trying to get more cash out of the good people here and start paying people back, with merchandise if you must, but start paying them back.

So why don't you get a normal job? Like at a fast food joint or something? That's what most people who need money do at your age. Then you can pay off your debts

Oi BlueFusion, you owe me something like $150 if I recall. I believe the situation is that Cybob owes me $220 (for an IgorT blu-ray) and you owe him $150 (for an open-can box style burner) so you miles well just pay me and he still owes me $70.

Now, do you have any stuff I can take instead? You're strapped for cash apparently so stuff is all you can give me. Got some diodes in modules or something?

Use a middleman with a laser power meter, to test the output and divergence and I'll buy the green laser. I don't think anybody would buy anything from you if you don't use a middleman mate! :-/

I think the only real way to satisfy all parties is to either ship it out and then receive payment after it is received, or have it sent to someone else ("the middleman") who holds onto it and ships it out to the buyer once payment is received. Otherwise, there is just too much baggage associated with BF to really do a "pay-now-receive-later" deal. He also already stated in an earlier post that he'd be willing to do pay-on-receive. That would be the only way I'd accept to purchase any lasers from BF.

The let-someone-see-the-debt on the account is not a mark of credibility. Yeah, there's debt, who cares? The money could be used to fund a cocaine habit for all I care. The issue is that the product is delivered for payment, irregardless of what the money is used for.

Reputation needs to be earned, especially when overcoming a bad reputation.

Bluefusion: Do you have any photos of the two lasers in question?

i must be honest here....ive read around the forum and know of the things you've done. besides dissing my favorite band youve ripped off so many ppl on this forum that its not even remotely funny anymore. you should pay your debts with whatever you have and take it as a loss like all the ppl you scammed have. some1 offered to take the 808nm laser off your hands for the debt you owe so IMO you should do that. theres only 1 way to prove yourself now....STOP TALKING AND START DOING!!!!. i wasnt even here for all the scams you pulled but there is no way i'd ever waste my money and send it to you.

EDIT: from what ive seen your full of promises you cant keep and i will warn every1 i talk to that they should never deal with you if they want results. just remember man actions speak louder than words and all youve done is talk.....
