You may want to add some reliable testing of the unit or maybe offer one up for review by one of the members here.

That's a class IIIb laser, not IIIa. What's the price? Looks like a New Wish/ New Wish knock off to me. Definitely not FDA approved.

There is no way a 50mw penlaser is class IIIa and there is also no way it lasts 6 hours with a pair of AAAs. It's also clearly a 50mw newwish like the kind found a DX.

I was looking at the video section, and I was curious to what that contraption is glued to the 100mW laser,

Kudos for the background work, folks :) It APPEARS to be a new-wish type (almost put in TRIPE !...talk about a Freudian slip LOL!!) laser - DX has proven nothing but reliable (and slow) with these lasers in the past - I am afraid I would have to see a $25-$30 price reduction prior to purchasing another one. Every other greenie has dropped like a rock - yet the lower end, "el-cheapo's" remain priced at $1 per mw...makes ya wonder !
