"I"'ve found this great deal on first surface mirrors:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....Category=26258&_trkparms=algo=LVI&its=I&otn=2
But the porblem is that they only send directly to the UK.

I'm in spain so I can't buy this directly, and that's why i'm looking for someone in the UK that would buy it and send it to me. I'll pay you for the mirror sheet and shipping and handling costs (cheapest option available) before or after placing the order.

I want it to make a spyrograph.

erdabyz;

I would look for quality "first surface" mirrors.

I built a spirograph with flexible material similar to that you mentioned.

At diifferent RPM's the flexible material would flex distorting the pattern.

I went to quality rigid glass and never looked back.

You should be able to find some over there for ~ $2 ea...
for a size large enough to run 2 color beams.

Okay, then i'll use 3mm acrylic. It's rigid. I prefer plastic mirror because it can be drilled and it's light. my motors are 7mm coreless motors.

Or i could buy styrene mirror and stick it to 1.6mm thick FR4, from PCB cutting scrap. That IS really rigid and stable.
