Re: Anyone selling CNI GLP **have money to sent now**?

I recently bought one from Dark_Star, it was a pretty good deal, however, now hes not replying to PM's or emails. This might turn bad if nothing shows up. Just watch out.

I remember reading that somewhere too. But he seemed like he was in a hurry to sell the pointer. But after i paid, he stopped. No tracking number, no response. He only lives about 4 hours away from me, so i assume it should only take 2 days to arrive.

Well Im not for sure about how good he is but if you think about it he sold both the 594 and the 473 at unbelievable prices if you ask me.. that 473 you bought zdarazn is worth wayyyy more than 230$. He hasn't been on LPF since the 9th which I know just a few days but still, kind of smells fishy. I thought about buying the 473 because that was a steal for sure. Good luck though..

And Rammstein.

Get in on Scopeguy's GB for a solid 5mW GLP. Only 45$.. If you want more power and a good laser for less than the cost of a GLP I suggest optotronics.. Check it out. I own one and the divergence is better then the 125mW GLP I used to own.. This is coming from a guy that owns multiple GLP's lol. The owner Jack is on the forum, will gladly help you, and you even get the power of your laser specified when you receive it. Otherwise it will cost you a pretty penny from any of the CNI resellers. Oh and they ship from the US if your in the states that means like 2-3 days shipping. :)

Good luck to you both..

I heard of optotronics before and I know they are good, so now I am thinking of the 100mw or 120mw. The only problem is the host. I really love the GLP host. I had a host like the ones the optotronics comes in and all the black came off and it was like bronze color or something underneath. Pretty confused now and not sure on what to do. To bad we couldnt put the inside components of optotronics inside a GLP host

Yeah the GLP host is definitely good looking, but its up to you. The cheapest you'll most likely find a 532nm GLP is through the GB at $45. If your willing and capable of performing the swap you could buy your self an O-Like module and put it in.. If you can get past not having the GLP host you will absolutely love the optotronics and save yourself some money.. Which in turn can be used for another laser :). Im going to get myself in camera mode here in a few and maybe I'll take a few pic's of it in action.

Oh yeah, I meant to add that if taken care of you shouldn't have any issues with the host falling apart. Not saying that you didn't take care of your old one, but if it was just a $10 ebay pointer you might not have put forth the same effort as you would in a $200 pointer to keep it in perfect shape. I believe mine is around 2 years old now? Still going strong, not a single scratch or defect in the rubber casing, and still lazes like it did when I bought it.

Your other option might be to go for one of Dino-Direct's certified power lasers. I guess they have been up to spec and the pricing is pretty cheap. Im not sure about how good the stability, divergence, and beam diameter is though..

Lastly the other places that come to mind for the CNI GLP..

Dragonlasers.com ( thats where I bought my old 125mW GLP)
Laserglow.com
NovaLasers.com
Thinklasers.com

I bought a 532nm years ago from a guy named Shawn Wang, back when you could sell high powered greens on ebay. He has since made a website called Ultralasers.com Shawn had good customer service and he now sells a pretty sexy black chrome greenie on that site.

Lastly if you could always buy any nice looking host that you like and slip the o-like module in it if your capable.. The led-light host is pretty nice and jayrob offers a kit for it I believe.

Thats about all I can give, Hope that helps Rammstein..

I think i might get in on Scope's GB. However im looking for visibility for my GLP's. Like i want all of them to be equally visible, not some more visible than others.

I have bought two lasers from him recently, one arrived Friday the other is due Monday. He's solid. FWIW I messaged him that I received the one laser and he didn't answer so he's likely just busy.
