that is a cheap boost drive alternative, i have never used it personally and have no idea how it works, but if you ask someone here im sure they will explain to you how to add resistors and stuff to get desired mA

That is a buck driver not a boost driver. This will not work with a single lithium. He is looking for a boost driver specifically. Otherwise we could post 100 different alternatives for him and that would not be considered helpful. IMO.
