I have 19 of these for sale. I bought a used projector for a decent price and offering these limited number of diodes just this once.
They will come pressed into an aixiz module. You will only receive the module part as seen in the photo. Nothing else. If you would like a 3 element glass lens please add $5.
Once these are gone that is it. I do not plan on selling diodes. This is a one time deal.
All diodes have been tested for functionality and tested not to be "duds"
Thanks for looking....Also if you are interested in more 3 or more I can give you a discount.
USA only!

I think the pins are cut off. Extra soldering will stress the diodes so he leaves it this way.
The diodes from DTR are also not shorted...

If anyone prefers their diode pins to be shorted to one another I can add silicon wires to the pins and short them at the en of those wires.

@ Blord and Lazybee (imagines a bee sitting on te couch sippin on honey LOL)
What Blord says is exactly right. They are slightly shortened. I shorten all the 445nm diodes after extraction, it's just a step in my process I have always done. They are too long for every use I've had for them so I make them "normal length" depending on how thy are set up in the build sometimes I cut them down even further.

Are these diodes similar to the ones you used in your C6 style build? (I bought mine in Oct. 2010 if that helps). The diode in mine just croaked and I'm wondering if these would be a suitable replacement.

are the a240's like the m series? power curve wise?
No, The M series are way better.

I am fairly positive you had an A140 diode in your laser if it was back in Oct 2010.
But yeah one of these would be pretty much the same as what you had in there before. If you need me to do a repair shoot me a PM.
