~640nm module ~550 dollar.

I have about 550 dollar to spend on a 640nm red laser module. Analogue modulated, included with drivers, wires ect.
Width may not be larger then 5cm.
As much mw as i can get, but at least 600mW.
Also it may be 635-645nm in difference but no greater or lesser.
Also i do not want a larger divergence then <2mrad. Spot size may also nog be bigger then 6mm.
