I will have to see, but cash wouldn't help either haha. And most of the online websites do pay you in PayPal but require you to mail your card in.

You can get the moneypak green dot with cash. I do it all the time. Go to add money from moneypak enter the numbers .

I would love to, I just need to get rid of this card and currently have no way of getting to a store :)

And yeah, the card has $50 ONLY at Target... Why wouldnt somebody just use cash? I'd try going to the shop and just ask people if they can swap it for cash when theyre buying something.

People buy a couple dollar raffle ticket in hopes of winning it in a drawing.

You set a date when you will make the drawing and set the price per raffle ticket.
