40W 808nm CCP Package Laser Diode (NEW)

Hey All,

I have a CCP package diode to sell. It's a nice new 40W unit from Coherent, this one has a nice thermistor installed in the body of the diode to give great temperature measurements. This is intended to be a pump diode for some kinda laser and I measured the wavelength at 806nm so it will run a little warm to get the correct wavelength for a YAG pump (trust me, after trying to get a long wavelength diode to the correct wavelength in my green laser, you want a shorter one )

Anyways, I would like to get $120 for the diode shipped to the US. I think this is reasonable, I think GooeyGus just sold an identical unit I sold him to a member for $115.

I can build a power supply but I do not know anything about getting a lens and cooling for this 40watt CCP. Would you advise?

I would try to cool it with TEC, but again I don't know how to make driver for it.

What about shipping to Poland? How much?

Anyway, I'm thinking on purchasing it or great x105 nova laser, can't get my mind up : /
