They are for sale now, but only limited numbers.
They have a max power due to the switches max power.
But other than that they go go very high.

Do the cone tip hosts come in 1.5 watt?? if so whats the price?
Interested in black host.
Also could the switch causing the max power limit be easily switched

the swtich in the black ones are rated to 1.5a and the ones in the silver are rated at 1.25a so they are limited.
But i can offer a 1.5wlaser for 200$.
Now i say 1.5w but that will be the driver output. the actual output of the laser may vary as much as 100mw. i have had some at 1.5 read 1,612mw ish and other read 1,453mw, but its is generally close. due to the way these lasers work i can not give you an exact number and even still it will change with temp. being that i test them in 35F almost freezing i get longer run times. and different readings.

yes the larger ones with the open air cooled heatsinks have the ability to be driven to 1.5a.
The silvers are 1a and the mini blacks are 500ma.

BTW to do this trade i will need proof of working as well as The product id. i will do a check to make sure that id has not been reported stolen.
Stolen ipods is common here so you have to protect yourself.

Long. the heatisnk is 1.6in dia by about 2in deep. *its not 1.6 for all 2in but it is a large heatsink.
I have had it on for about 10min before it got Warm but i am outside in 30f so its a bit cold.

I get them past the us customs just fine.
I can try our best to.
It will cost a bit more.
The best way to get it past customs is to ship in 2 packages.
1 that has the laser
and the second that has the charger and battery's plus it has the tail cap to the laser so it wont turn on.
And these will be shipped as flashlights with a value of 10$
and shipped one day apart.
I get them past the us customs just fine.

no power drops?(exept caused by batteries)
