Howdy All I have to say the same thing at this point as I just recieved a bunch of cells from Dustin and I just checked one with my Vaisho 500mW and the cell was able to deliver a constant 1.7+ amps for the 5 min I checked it 
I have charged all and they seemed to all take the correct time to charge so I would suppect all are just fine.

I can vouch, they read "ICR18650-26C" "SAMSUNG" on them. They charge just fine in my 18650 chargers, work just fine in my PGL's. For $2.50-$3 shipped a piece, and not having to wait for DealExtreme ... this is just fine.

I've recently moved and I'm sure I have some other batteries still in storage, when I'm able to go through everything, I'll update it here.
