Looks sweet, my guess is that it is really 650nm. 605nm is probably a typo.

Qualifound, is this thing Water Resistant?
It look to have more than one glass lens, is it the one with 3 Glass lens, that is focusable.?
Is charger and 1-2 battery incld?
