has the correct warning labels on it. runs on 2x AAA batteries

well that is a problem with leadlight cases. but ive had a 180mw one for over a month (my own pointer). sticking to the duty cycle, so far ive not had a single problem.

also sold two on here and both havent said they have had any problems.

generally i go for 2mins on and 30 seconds off.

it only becomes a problem if you intend on keeping the laser on for 10mins at a time? i dont know what you would do with a laser to have it on for such a long time but...
