The parts assemble easily in about 5 minutes with no soldering required. The only tool necessary is an Allen wrench which is included with the heat sink. Check out the Video Gallery page on the Survival Laser website for videos of a typical laser assembly process.
These diode and driver modules are available on the Survival Laser website with an advertised peak power output specification of 1,400mW +/- 100mW. However, the diode and driver modules offered in this thread exclusively to LPF members have been hand-selected to produce 1.4W MINIMUM peak output using the standard included lens. Output using a 405-G-1 lens will be significantly higher.

Batteries, charger and laser safety goggles are not included with this offer. If you need these items or any other accessories, you must purchase them separately.
NOTE: Appropriate laser safety goggles are REQUIRED when using an assembled laser!!
