How much would this run me, total, if I wanted to add a lens spring and some safety glasses to the $139 package, and swap out the raw heatsink for a blue anno'd one?

Hi, so the $139 laser kit comes with everything needed to build the laser? you don't need to buy other parts separately?

Yes, it comes with all the laser parts, and includes shipping to a US address. Batteries, charger & goggles are extra. :)

I should add that I can upgrade this package however you want with the options and accessories shown on the webstore, like a copper heat sink, extended focusing ring, goggles, etc. Just send me a PM and I'll give you a quote. :D

No one knows for sure, but based on ratings by the manufacturer and at the current in this build I would estimate at least 5000 hours if the recommended duty cycle is observed.
