Hello. I need someone to build me a 405nm laser module: either a 6X, or 8X. Let me know what the price difference is. I need it in an aixiz module attached to a driver. Its going to operate on two CR123A's. (So 6V)

Thanks,
-Matt

well that battery combo is not enough voltage for a Rkcstr driver and it is too much for a Dr.Lava drive (without adding a diode in series) You may want to either consider using 2 rechargeable 3.7V RCR123A batteries (4.2 on full charge) and a Rkcstr or a dr lava drive with a single 18650 if it will fit.

He could also use a flexdrive with one battery and a dummy battery

Its a Sonar II burner. I bought a 17670 cell. You would think it would fit because CR123A's are classified as 17335 cells. But its a little to thick. Do the math, it doesn't make sense. I was also wondering... Wicked Lasers says the Sonar II runs on 3 X CR123A's I can fit one 17670(length wise that is) with a tiny bit of room to spare. (not enough for an extra CR123A) Unless the 17670 is longer then two CR123A's??? Then maybe I can fit 3. I would test this, but I don't have any CR123A's to compare with...

Protected batteries are wider and longer than unprotected batteries. That may be the issue.

Can I use an unprotected 17670 with a Dr.Lava, or FlexDrive?

Yes. The driver shuts down when the battery drains to 2V. It will not drain the battery empty.

The flexdrive is made by drlava. The flexdrive is a driver. Drlava is a person.

Would you happen to know who could build me a 6X BR in an Aixiz module with a FlexDrive?

Thanks,
-Matt
