Igor, make sure you use as much static protection as possible because I would feel real bad for your slave if you fried this diode. :

well there's no way they can get static damaged in the package... all the pins are soldered together and they are in an antistatic bag so as long as you're safe you're good to go

Hehe, don't worry about me. I only ever lose PS3 diodes unintentionally.. :
Too bad the distortion in the force is going in circles tho... :'(
