SF-Aw210

I completed a module with an SF-AW210 diode set at 195mAs. It was working fine, burning away, and suddenly the diode just seemed to blow for no reason whatso ever. Now I have and LED. Does any one know what might have happened?

As the weather gets colder & drier, static discharge can be more of a problem to these diodes.

Dr. Lava tested 2 up to 275ma and 300ma+ just recently.

190 ma should have lasted for quite a while.
