Sanwu has a section called Laser 304 and it's their version of the 303 models. I'm honestly not sure if they make them themselves or if they're ordered from a warehouse. Their pictures show one that actually says Sanwu on the laser but mine just has the typical Laser 303 on it. I felt a little silly ordering a laser 303 from Sanwu but they had a 200mW 405nm version for about 30 bucks and I thought that was a really good deal. The site now only offers it in a 150mW for the 405nm model so idk if I got lucky with a stronger one or if it's just really closer to 150mW so they changed the option on the website. Either way it's a half way decent laser! It's got a fairly visible beam and gets pretty hot. When it's focused it burns extremely well. I lit a white tipped match with it's focused beam and I can write in wood with it. The button isn't loose at all and the driver is case negative so even if it's from a warehouse they at least made sure to get the better quality 303's. Well as far as quality can go for a Laser 303. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a medium powered laser pointer with a side clicky button! They also have red and green versions. Thanks for looking!

Very impressive picture. I've got a Sanwu 304 532 and it says Sanwu in the front. Quite satisfied with it for a lower output 532. Enjoy that 405 and thanks for your thoughts. :)

Nice review. The Sanwu 303 lasers are usually higher quality than the ebay ones. IDK if they special order them though, or if they just pick the best from the batch by LPMing a bunch.

I emailed them today and asked out of curiosity. Apparently they use to make them there when it was just the 532nm version they offered, but sales weren't the best with it so they stopped production and now get the highest quality ones available from Chinese distributors. They told me with care and keeping a good duty cycle it should last 5-10 years!

Yes they are a good low cost starter value as far a handheld lasers go--Sanwu output spec are reliable--with others sellers at best is pot luck--of you take a bigger chance.

Ebjoy your laser--be careful--safety first--protect your eyes--use laser goggles/glasses.

YEa I got a red and a green and am really happy with both. You can purchase both and both pair of glasses for under 60 bucks delivered. Good value for a 100 and 200mw cheapo laser.
