You would be a lot better using the PS3 for what it was made for. Its not good for laser purposes, for $300, you could buy a lot better things.

You read but still dont get it. You can get the PS3 sled for $35 on DX.

I read it, just forgot I read it, still, the sled is better used for its design rather than pointers. It would disappoint you, Get a GGW or SF sled instead more bang for your buck. If you wanna do it though, go ahead.
