PHR dimmed now and then

Even though this might have been answered, I have used the search function to make sure I'm not making another post that has been taken care of.

So I finally finished my first laser, a PHR running at 110mA with a v5 Micro Flex Drive. I'm having ball lazing stuff here and there while wearing my goggles *thanks Glenn!* and then suddenly my laser gets dim. I turn it off then on its fine. But every now and then it dims out. Yes, I am using a heatsink, Its the SKU 3405 host with heatsink *thanks Jayrob!*

*found out what happened. found out one of the batteries was at .94 volts while otheres were fully charged.

This happens to me too...

Except, It happens on my 20mW green laser.

However,
I did not build it, and I have no idea what kind of heatsink or anything that it has.

It also only takes one CR123 battery. And it does it even if I have a bran new battery in it.

But it only does it every once in a while. I can usually set it down for like 10 minutes and it will be fine.
