If it is an 8x then $84 shipped really isn't a bad price...especially for a brand new diode that doesn't need harvested. :) :drool:

I'm seeing the pulsed output at the same as CW...:undecided: or no (PO) rating for it at all.

I believe these diodes are from the BDR-S03, which is more or less a piece of garbage that failed rather quickly. I also believe that Igor made a thread on this with data to back up the claims. It's more or less equivalent to a 2x if I am not mistaken.

These diodes are brand new and are not taken from a sled, as can be clearly seen in this pic. Notice the long pins....that don't have an remnants of solder on them.

Maybe that's the sled they were intended for? I do remember reading a thread about the Nichia diodes so idk...
