Need to purchase high-power BluRay diode!

Hello, I was about to purchase a BDR-S06J 12x Blu-Ray 500+mW laser diode from Modwerx, but I see that they are all out now:

$51.99 - BDR-S06J 12x Blu-Ray burner lens(500+mW) [M0037] : Modwerx Shop

I want to purchase the highest powered Blu-Ray diode I can find. Do they make any that can put out over a full watt of power? From what I understand, the 12x listed above puts out over 700mW at 500mA current. Thanks in advance...

The S06J is the highest power ones that you will find. I have one in a module with leads for $65 if you want it.:beer:
