1. if i will set a current with dummy load then i will remove a dummy load will i need a discharge a cap somehow before i will attach a LD or dummy already discharge a cap itself??.. in a case that i will need to discharge a cap - how to do it????
Remove power supply then hold a screwdriver across the 2 ends of the dummy load (short the + &- at the output) before you unsolder it from the drive circuit

2. any suggestion how to remove a little circuit board from back of BR diode??? or any tutorial???
When you remove the LD from the sled cut the connecting ribbon cable long, hold the heatsink in a vice to make sure it cannot move. Tin the soldering iron tip, flick off the excess then hold it betweenthe 3 pins on the LD, at the same time lift the little PCB off with a pair of pliers holding onto the ribbon cable.
Once that is off you will find another flexi PCB on the pins with a plastic spacer beneath that, cut it up and remove it with a sharp scalpel

3. some good seller of BR sleds, who is able to send it as soon as possible and for a reasonable price - PM me please
You pays your money you takes your choice

4. any place where i can buy a parts like diodes and resistors for dummy load
I always get my parts from ebay

Your photo shows that your LD is not fully inserted into the Aixiz module, it should be inside the housing not sticking out. Picture shows a way to get it properly seated.

you can also use the bottom part of the Aixis module instead of that bicycle part - with the little hole on the end surrounding the diode leads - just be sure that it is centered properly, and stays centered during the squeezing.

@ danq, I used to give the same advice, but after folding up a couple of backends, due to tight LD's, and discovering that it does not fully insert the LD I now champion using a tube with an OD smaller than the flange of the LD.

right - I posted that because not everyone will have a tube of the right size; but everyone mounting in an aixiz module has an aixiz module ;-)
But I definitely should have added that the tube is better.
