Looking for the shortest wavelengths available

I was wondering if anyone knows where i could find any diodes that emit wavelengths shorter than 368nm????

also, our tests require that we try a verity of different wavelengths.
so it would be nice to find a verity of diodes that span through different parts of the UV spectrum..

Thanks for any help!

Nichia have leds, rated til 365nm (but there's always to take in consideration the tolerances) , but their prices for samples are simply insane, imho

also, roithner lasers have some ones rated 245nm, here, but i don't dare to imagine the prices

IIRC, a company called rikan or riken, in Japan, had them too, but i can't find it again.

And i found in my bookmarks also this one.

Don't know others, sorry.

price for a single flat window 240nm LED is $309 from s-et.com. and it looks like they can only produce 40 µW, hmm..

Fox group has various 350-365nm LEDs in metal cans with either flat or ball glass windows. Looks like they recently redid their website too.

Why not use mercury-based lamps instead? They've got all sorts of UV wavelengths down to 254nm. I have a lamp that's only $12 and emits 5W @ 254nm.

Probably for the weight ..... a gas bulb + igniter can be made for emit almost anything you want, but weight a lot more than a SMD or standard led .....
