I think i've seen green lasers with that name on kaidomain at some point. No idea about quality though.

Not necessarily.
I have a 5mW 405 pen from ebay at $10.
It draws app. 200mA at 3V, that is 600mW. Deduct efficiency of diode and driver and you will be down to app. 50mW.

That is consistent with what others here have reported measuring with a LPM.

I bought a 10mW from O-like. Burns through tape, ignites capgun roll caps.

Since it's cheap I'll get it. Will a 50mw have a visible beam in a fogged room?

I've just ordered it. I hope it's brighter than my 5mW 405 eBay that can't point at stuff 20M at night.

Anyway I've always wanted a laser with a safety key interlock

Do you have any information on shipping? Did they charge you on it (is it free?), did they say how long it will take, was there a minimum order?
Sorry for all the questions, its just I want to buy some $5 green lasers off of that website and there is little information on the questions I asked.

Shipping was initially $14 but I bargained it down to $9 albeit no gift box

Sadly I canceled my order after I took a look at my bank balance lol

Changed my mind.

I couldn't resit it and temptation got the better of me and I reordered it. If it is indeed 50mW, what sort of things can it do focused.

Will it pop balloons or light matches?

I will post a review when I receive it. For $28 USD shipped it's quite the deal

I saw that one and decided it was too good to be true.

I all ready have quite a few of those DX style pen lasers. eBay sellers manage to sell 40+ mW of 405 for <$10

So I think my chances of getting 50mW are actually in my favor. Even if it doesn't burn, the focusing head is good for phosphorescence.
