I used only what was in the pink baggie, for the load its the 68ohm resistor included. I placed one meter in series with this resistor for the current and the other meter across the the load for the voltage. The flux is something I dont have a specific remover, so 99% alcohol and a cotton swab was used. Not that I need more current than 100ma, but the testing was done at 3.0v and the host will be using 3.6v which should raise the values a little more.

ah, ok that load that was included is the limiting factor. At 100mA, the output voltage is already at 6.8V, well above a typical diode drop. If you test again with a 30 or 20 ohm load you'll see the current can go higher. :)
