Laser Dimms after a few seconds

Bought a 1.5w off blord couple weeks ago, been using it rarely, mostly at night.

Anyways, I noticed yesterday the dot is really bright than dims down to almost unseeable.

Overnight I charged the batteries, and nothing , still does the same thing.
