I just spent 15 minutes on a frackin' post . . .

And wanted to modify it so I moved the cursor to "modify". Well, I misfired and hit the "delete." I very quickly hit the "modify" button, but it was too late.

Something needs to be changed, like a "do you really want to delete?" box or something.

If that happens again, just hit the "back" button in your browser. At least in FF it saves the text. I've also gotten into the habit of copying text from time to time in case I screw up

You could also check the auto copy message box thing below the textbox if you're too lazy to copy it every time.
