I just received my SFAW210 from HTDz and it works great with my LM317 CC Driver. I currently have the driver set for a max output of 125ma. HTDz's website says that I can safely put these at 200ma. Is that true? If not what is the absolute max that I can put into one of these?

Iirc the best current for those diodes was around 180mA, best life/power ratio

I've had one @ 200ma for around 2 years now, still kickin like new.
