Hello. First, I must apologize for my bad English (Im from Denmark)

I want to build my first blu-ray laser, but dont know what kit is the best?
I want the highest MW and cost as little as possible  ;)

I've looked at this kit "The Ultimate BluRay Builders Kit" on spammer so deleted site, Is that something worth?
Are there other things I am missing in the kit to get it complete or better?

Or are there other kits which is better?
It should preferably be complete so that I suddenly not missing a thing.

I hope you guys can help me  :)

check out the buy/sell/trade section of the board, find a PHR-803T diode pressed into an aixiz module, should cost about $30USD, then buy a driver from the same section, either from rkcstr if you want 8-12 volts input, or one from drlava if you want 3-5v input.
set the driver to between 100mA and 150mA, solder it to the laser diode and attach batteries.

if your looking for the cheapest......try these.....

phr803t  diode harvested and in aixiz module -  http://www.laserpointerforums.com/forums/YaBB.pl?num=1232567937
rkcstr Microdrive - http://rkcstr.nfshost.com/  (since your new i'd suggest preassembled fixed driver at 120mA)
machines aluminum heatsink - http://mysite.verizon.net/grall/darkhorsecustom/id74.html

so the diode harvested + module = $18.50
driver is around $15
heatsink is $15

so you can get all you need for $48.50.....then just find a host to put it in.

-
also if you want i can harvest the diode, set it in module, assemble your driver and put it all together for say $5, assuming you buy the parts and pay the shipping costs....though after shipping it would prob be cheaper to jsut buy everything preassembled......lol (me and my stupid ideas)

P.S. Welcome to the forum! there are always many people on here ready and willing to help.

It would be nice if I could buy all the parts the same place the first time so I am 100% sure it all fit together. And when I've tried to assemble one, so next time I can buy from different places...

That sounds nice, How much will that cost?

It dont need to be the cheapest, but it should not be the most expensive ;)
but again, it would be nice if I could buy all the things the same place first time.

I can see you guys talk about the "phr803t" diodes. but it is not only on about 100mW?

On laser surplus parts.com I can get a GGW-H20L 6x BluRay Laser Diode. And that is about 200-250mW, is it not better?

It is precisely his kit, I've looked at, but there is no Heatsinks with? I shall also use a heatsink right?

And where do I find the right heatsink for that kit "The Ultimate BluRay Builders Kit contains"
