Just posted about my 532nm version of this host tonight so i figured I'd show my violet one too. Only difference is although this one is on eBay and aliexpress for around $50 i got mine from biglasers.com before i was hip to this laser game & paid a ridiculous $239.99 -___- it is a decent laser though. Acrylic lens but lens in a metal housing so it doesn't melt
biglasers claim 600mW but I'm sure it's closer to 500mW. Can't be positive though and i do gotta say this thing BURNS. When focused it'll make coins start to slightly smoke! Even at infinity though i lit a match at about 15-20 feet. Duty cycle isn't bad; takes almost 5 minutes to even start getting warm. Beam is visible at night and indoors withought excessive light. Takes 2 16340's and they'll last about a day of constant use. The dot is exceptionally clean and almost no spots in the dot when you focus it to make it huge. Beyond worth it from a wholesale site but don't be like me and get it from big lasers! Although the phone number for them did work, they have no laser knowledge lmfao i was told this is a 405nm DPSS with an unlimited duty cyle lmfao
