Good glow-in-the-dark powder and paint?

I have looked at this glow-in-the-dark stuff for a while, wanting it but not wanting to pay for it. Maybe at Christmas...

Anyway, I thought that some of you might be interested, especially since there is powder that glows blue instead of the usual bright green! I thought that was really cool. If anyone decides to buy any of it, please tell us what you think!
