Any idea where I can get one of those under 100 dollars?

EDIT:Sorry, I meant blue/violet in the title.

You can double click next to the thread title when you're looking at all the threads in the Blu-Ray section, that should allow you to change it. I'm not sure where to get an FDA Certified 200mW blu-ray though. Maybe the Sonar from WL, but the accession number might not be real, although you should still get it. Good luck in your search.

I'd check out oemlasersystems.com if your really serious about FDA certification. They sell CNI portables and they sell them in the US legally, which means they comply with all FDA regs.

I've been to cnilaser plenty of times before, but they're not like the other websites where it just says "add to cart" and "quantity". It gives me a pdf file and I have no clue what to do with it.

I just noticed this, sorry for the late answer. I wouldn't order direct from CNI unless you're rich, their single order prices are huge. I would go through a group buy to get one, save a lot of money. I'm not sure anyone else sells FDA approved violet lasers, unfortunately.

It isn´t the high single order price which keep some people buying from them, it´re the high costs for shipping ($54) and wire transfer ($25).
The GB for the product itself aren´t better than the single qoute in most times.

aryntha was quoted over $1000 for his 671nm dpss 'Spartan' yet Glenn can get them for <$300. His is pulsed, but that doesn't account for the remaining several hundred dollars.

473nm GLP-50 is $710 in the GB, I got it for $500.
Most of the time prices for GB and single order are the same, as I said CNI shipping and wire transfer costs eat the money.

Most of the time yes, but in certain cases, it is a lot more. aryntha paid more than double the group buy price for a 671nm DPSS laser. My point is that usually it costs a lot more to go through CNI directly than to go through a group buy. Not trying to argue with you, just pointing it out.
