It is totally plausible but the 150mW may only be output for a short time. They are most likely to be PHR-803T diodes and they are capable of that sort of power but a more conservative output is normally sought. The price is fairly good but these are not expensive diodes anymore.

If you're thinking of buying one though, I'd purchase from a respected member here. Look in the Buy, Sell, Trade section. (or just PM me!;))

I've not dealt with High Tech DealZ and I'm sure they're lovely but I would still go through a member here. The back up and support is likely to be much better and often you get more than you pay for as many respected members will send extras.

This is all your choice however. Only giving you options not a pitch.

That diode is extracted from a sled, you can tell by the ribbon that is still attached to the pins. Based on the recommended current he is suggesting I would say its a pretty good chance that is a PHR diode. Defiantly not worth the crazy shipping he is asking for.

I've also tried to contact the seller and inquire about driving to his place and just picking up some diodes (Manhattan KS is only like a hour from where I am) and he said he moved to Montana or something. I would be a little bit hesitant to buy something from him because he is posting some stuff that might be considered stretching the truth, and his location information is wrong too.

I bought a charger some batteries a PHR and an LOC an zixiz module.

As goodies, I got 2 LCC diodes, and LOC diode, a 635nm diode, an extra laser module, a couple GITD dust caps, an empty GGW sled, and a GITD keychain.

Granted, I DID help him out with his site and provided input. But, he is a very nice person to deal with. He's a member here, you've probably seen him arround, he has the HighTechDealz logo in his sig. I recommend him 120%!

Still with that if he want's to go cheap (a PHR) then $7 + shipping + PP fees will add up to atleast $10. HTD when the 9% deal is over, will only be $9.58 FREE SHIPPING.
