Driver for 12X BR

Hi,

I'd like to ask, what driver can be used for powering 12X BR diodes at ca. 450-500mW, for longer times, say 20 minutes? (Provided there is a decent heatsinking)

LM317-based linear regulator if you don't need portability, otherwise a driver from DrLava should manage fine.

can you point to a schematic with analogue modulation?

That's going to add complexity - the FlexMod supports TTL only, but you could try converting your analog signal into TTL somehow and using that. You could use a Howland or op-amp based current source, but I'm no expert on op-amps so I couldn't help you much there.
