theres quite a few members that may custom machine you a host/heatsink. dark-horse, likeitbright, and jayrob all do custom machining. 
there may be even more members but those are the only ones i can remember...

There are several examples scattered throughout this forum.
The way you made this request it looks like you are going to take someone's creative idea and have someone else make it for you.
Why would anyone want to give you their design for free?

That is not my plan . I am looking for a base point a reference from where i can start. What i really need to know is how much space i need for batteries drive and hit sink. What is the best way to turn it on and of (twist or a switch ).?
