I gotta say that im very surprise that I have done it
Im really happy about it and I have to thank many ppl
too many to mention, but special thanks to Darkarmyofone, thanks man you helped me alot.
so yeah here's my PHR-803T, with a flexdrive set at 120ma.
im using 2 AAA batteries, a zolt.com's heatsink(its massive)
a project box and switch from radioshack.

I have a question though, i know my laser is around 100mw
but i dont know why i cant burn through a piece of paper.
Ive tried to cut electrical tape n it worked great.

Did you try black (anything other then white) paper? :)
Watch that keybord, you'r going to burn a hole in it --j/k

yeah i just did it, i use pencil to draw a black circle, and it burned right through it, takes about 10ish seconds, its pretty awesome!!!! i love it, and i really think that my box looks like a bomb tho haha

the exit hole with that washer around the aixiz lens screw is really clean looking. nice build.

Really nice and clean build, it looks a bit like a cross between a camera and a detonator ;)

I would use shrink tube on the connections and soder the wires together.

Nice box BTW... squeeze box baby!!!!

I second that, shrink tubeing would be best and would work much better. in the long run. :)

You have such a neat round DOT. Are you sure you're lens is in the right way ?

haha actually the exithole was really ugly ( you can see from the last 2 pics), thats why i went to home depot to find a right sized washer to cover it up :)

oh yeah ive never thought about using shrink tubes urhh but i dont wanna take out everything to do it again, i might break it again haha, but i'll use it next time for use :)

Nice Build !

Very nice build SK realy clean ! my vote is looks like a detanator box. :gun:
BTW I tryed the web site you cited for the heat sink, didn't work. maby you could elaborate as to where a guy might find one of them.
