Back after quite a while of not touching lasers, picked up a bluray diode and finished a nice little build! :yh:

Got a BDR-209 16X bluray diode all ready to go from DTR!

The host is a TrustFire Z10 I got from DealExtreme!
TrustFire Z10 Cree XP-E R2 - Golden (1 x 10440 / 1 x AAA)

The flashlight is pretty heavy for its size.

Switch needs to be pushed down pretty far before it clicks and stays but barely pushing also makes contact, so you can use it as a momentary or on/off I guess lol

The clip is removable but I accidentally scratched the back of mine trying to get mine off because the tailcap and middle portion of the flashlight had some adhesive holding them :cryyy:
Gonna order a few more anyway, have them for the future. ;)

The build has quite simple, to my good suprise :p

I screwed out the pill and looked down the ''barrel'',

the front part of the AixiZ module sat on top but did not fall through
AND
the back end of the AixiZ module fit inside but did not pop out the front.

Seeing this, I put the back section of the AixiZ module inside the ''barrel'', screwed the front AixiZ module to the back module through the front and tightened everything.
There was a rubber band inside the ''barrel'' at the front, so that helped keep everything nice and tight.

After that, I soldered my driver to a flat board I got off another pill from another flashlight, isolated everything with electrical tape to avoid any shorts.
After that, I popped my Efest in and fired it up! :p

Thing looks pretty cool, nice and heavy and I can easily replace the entire module with another diode/driver in the future!

Thanks for taking a look!
Any feedback is appreciated!
