Blu-ray in airport.

I just came back from a trip and was going through pass port checks and they checked pass ports with a bright light that looked blu.I looked closer and it had a waring laser sticker.it was unfocused but was bright.It was in a flashlight stile host that looked like item number 2070 on dx but it was gray.Any idea?

Most probably a UV torch... they also have warning stickers on them.....
