Anyone had exerpience with 405nm w/smd driver from ebay?

I should ask Cris (heruur)---anyhow the price looked good but feared I would -get what I pay for- Any opinion an the need to heatsink the SMD drivers? Mine worked ok, but would not burn. I tried the diy lm317 driver circuit and the laser diode burned out instantly.

I bought one from that guy in south korea and it seems to be doing good. it burns anything from light colored wood to matches. The only thing I dislike is the module that it came with seems a little cheap, the focusing lens seems a little wobbly when im adjusting it.
