The problem with NewEgg is that they charge shipping (unless you catch it at the right "sale" and anyone in California (without a resale license) has to pay 10% tax! Those two things tack on another $30

So "If" and "If" the price is better. If either condition is not met, the price is not better.

Ahh. And it wouldn't even really help for someone in another state to buy it, because they'd still have to ship it to you. Edit: hmm, if the billing address is in another state, then I bet the shipping address could just be changed to your address, and they wouldn't charge the 10%. I've never tried that though.

BTW, are you not factoring in shipping in this?

Are you asking about shipping the second diode? If so, it was covered with the shipping of the first diode.

If you are asking about the driver itself, I generally look for someone with the shipping included.

I'm paying for my own diode from my own money for a personal 8x lazor..

I am definitelly MURDERING any and all diodes we get from this fund-raiser.. :evil:

So, i think we only need $100 USD to finish this thing, i'll chip in too, but with diodes.

If you so REQUEST, i'll "Refund" your donation in high efficiency FULLY PIV Plotted PHR or even GGW diodes!!!

Even the wavelength is tested and sorted! You basically get a diode with a full PIV plot, and all you have to do is pay in the price of the diode into this fund-raiser, my WORK is FREE!!!!



So, i'd pay in with my own money, but my diodes are my only "money" at the moment.... However i do believe that's a GOOD DEAL.


You've NEVER had a chance before to get fully plotted PHR or GGW diodes for this price!!!


Basically all we need is for two people to pay in the cost of one GGW at $55 or ten people to buy an $11 PHR diode!

That's not a bad price for FULLY PIV PLOTTED DIODES.

Hey IgorT, if I donate the price of a PHR, how much for shipping to canada ?

Btw, no offense, but I think this is kind of a waste of money.
I mean each diode is different. Testing 1 or 2 wont give a very good result.
Plus, isn't someone collecting all 8x data ??? From what I saw, the highest were just over 500mw on that list.


Maybe I'm wrong though and these normally die at 700mw but everyone's been too afraid to push em that high haha
