he says that gives 250-300mW output....ermmm i dont think so, going by this chart anyway.

^ those are not for PHR diodes though. the 300mw is also probably the pulsed power (though it would still rarely achieve this).

also these prices aren't that good for were i live, hightechdealz is way cheaper with free shipping :)
