EDIT: This is done and up for sale now.

It is VERY powerful. It can BURN white paper. Lighting matches is a joke for it. All inside a nice little stainless steel host.

I've included more pics. Also, it is much smaller than than it may seem.

Slightly thicker than a AA battery and as long as 1 3/4 AA batteries. (sry, had a AA not a ruler on me haha)

Uses the SF-AW210 / rayfoss driver resistor set to 200mA. Attached 47nF cap of course.

I am working on a 6x build (SF-AW210). Its in a nice little host.

Uses 1x 10440 (AAA sized) battery.

Love the host because it is stainless-steel. Not brass with chrome paint like most others.

I might sell these if there is demand.

A note, the host's inner diameter is slightly bigger than the aixiz module so I had to do a bit of metal work inside it. I will finish with thermal compound inside for best heat dissipation.

EDIT: Added pictures showing hlow-in-the-dark tail clicky and a size comparison with aixiz module.

Re: My next build (6x, almost done)

Looks very sleek! I saw that host and wanted to use it too, I decided on a different one, but I am glad to see you using it. Can't wait to see it done!

Re: My Latest build (6x, almost done)

That's a pretty nice host. A bit expensive though. It's fairly big, so I assume you made/bought a heatsink for it ?

I am using the SF-AW210. I will set it as close to 192mA as possible.

Will be using the aixiz glass lens. Should hopefully output close to 200mW.

Very nice, I will be interested to see how long your cell will last at 192ma to the diode you will be pulling about 320ma from the cell which is rated at 600mah and you know they are always below there rating. please keep us updated, thanks !

Peace All...

Nah, it's fairly easy. You have to measure the back part of the aixiz module and cut it with a pipe cutter. Then you attach it to the metal tubing inside(its made of brass i think). Then you sand it all down so it fits.

Yea, it's VERY shiny.

Also, it DOES NOT fingerprint as much as one would expect.

It looks/feels much better when you are holding it compared to the pics.

Someone PLEASE buy this already!!! lol

MUST sell this off, along with a bunch of PHR pens I am making.

Need the practice for 12x.....

It looks very sharp! I'll bet the duty cycle on that thing isn't too bad as well!
