405nm LD with built in photodiode

Any ideas where i could get a hold of a 405nm laser diode (anything up to 100mW) with built in photodiode? Ive asked for a couple for quotes and cheapest has been £248 for a single LD, not sure if im asking the wrong people or they really are that pricey.

Only 30-40mw but i think it has a photodiode, This is the only pinout pic i can find for that diode.

Yep, the KES-400A certainly does have a photodiode, but 40mW is a bit optimistic.. 15mW is a bit more sane for any kind of lifetime use.

All other bluray diodes/sleds seem to have an external photodiode.

Its been sooo long since the KES-400 -- I forgot it has a photo diode!! I still have a labbie mount with one of those diodes -- I'm getting too old.
