***************** is now selling a 150mw cw Nichia Blu-ray diode. I've bought from these guys before and had no issues so i wonder if these are the real thing. $58.00 doesn't seem too bad for a diode of this caliber and I am wondering how far such a diode can be overdriven.

Hmm, 150mW at 150mA, with a max input of 170mA (as rated) - might have some potential, although the specs aren'T quite as strong as the 6X results. Interesting.

I am not sure why they are banned here but i brought their name up a few months ago. I got the usual "blocked for a reason" stuff. but some members do buy from them and had a pretty good experience.
